Opened in 2001, this modern, architecturally striking centre features three main buildings: the Science Mall, the Glasgow Tower, and the IMAX Cinema. The Science Mall, a futuristic crescent-shaped building clad in reflective titanium, houses over 250 hands-on exhibits that cover a wide range of scientific disciplines, including physics, chemistry, biology, and engineering.
